Terms of Service

Arbitra is an invite-only platform. These terms govern access and use.

Last updated: December 19, 2025Contact form

Key terms

  • Invite-only access. We screen customers before deploying a private instance and portal.
  • Private Deployment Sprint. Standard deployment starts with a $4,000 sprint paid to reserve implementation time and get you live.
  • Subscription. After deployment: $1,000/month, includes up to 100,000 calls/month; above that is custom pricing.
  • Adaptation capacity. The standard plan includes up to 10 hours/month of reserved capacity (tuning + workflows + integrations).
  • Customer responsibility. You are responsible for recording consent, compliance, and how scores are used for billing decisions.

Invite-only access

Accounts are provisioned by invitation only. We may approve, decline, or delay onboarding for any reason (including capacity and risk). Access is limited to users invited by the Customer admin.

The Service

The Service ingests calls from integrated call platforms and recording tools (for example: GoHighLevel, OpenPhone, RingCentral, and other providers), creates transcripts, evaluates criteria using AI providers where enabled, and applies deterministic scoring policies. Outputs may include billable/non-billable decisions, outcomes, opportunity sizing, and PDF/CSV exports. Customers may provide portal access by invitation.

Customer responsibilities

  • Consent and compliance. You are responsible for recording consent and complying with applicable laws (e.g., TCPA and privacy requirements). Arbitra does not provide legal advice.
  • Accuracy. AI-assisted transcripts and evaluations can be wrong. You are responsible for how you use scores, exports, and reports. Transcription and diarization quality depends on the audio you provide; dual-channel/wideband recordings generally perform better than mono 8kHz telephony audio.
  • Security. You are responsible for managing invites, access controls, and safeguarding credentials.

Third-party services and provider keys

The Service integrates with third-party systems (CRMs, call platforms, transcription providers, AI model providers, and payment processors). Your use of third-party services is governed by their terms.

  • If you provide your own provider keys/credentials (for example: OpenAI, Anthropic, AssemblyAI, AWS Bedrock), you are responsible for provider usage, costs, and compliance with provider terms. We may store credentials to make API calls on your behalf.
  • We are not responsible for third-party outages, changes, or errors.

Fees, usage caps, and billing

Fees and scope may also be described in an order form or invoice. Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • Private Deployment Sprint. Standard deployment starts with a $4,000 sprint paid to reserve implementation time. It typically includes private instance provisioning, integration setup, and your initial scoring policy + exports, plus a 14-day decision window after go-live. If we cannot get you live within 30 days of kickoff for reasons within our control, we refund the sprint.
  • Subscription. After your private instance/portal is deployed, the standard subscription is $1,000/month.
  • Usage cap. The standard subscription includes up to 100,000 calls per month. Usage above this cap requires custom pricing.
  • Adaptation capacity. Up to 10 hours/month reserved for instance-level customization (criteria tuning, report packs, workflows, integrations). Unused capacity does not roll over.
  • Billing. Payments may be processed through Stripe or another processor. You authorize recurring charges where applicable.

If invoices are overdue, we may suspend processing or access until the account is brought current.

Intellectual property and confidentiality

Arbitra retains all rights in the Service (software, templates, and scoring infrastructure). Customers retain ownership of Customer data. Each party agrees to protect the other party’s confidential information.

Termination

You may request cancellation subject to any written billing agreement. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the Service and other customers.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” Arbitra does not guarantee transcripts, scores, or reports are error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Arbitra is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Arbitra’s total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount paid by the Customer to Arbitra in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide notice through the Service or by email to the Customer’s admin/billing contact.
